This unique restaurant has an
ever-changing menu because Chef Carlos Rangel – like many outstanding chefs
– uses only fresh, seasonally-available ingredients to ensure quality and
flavor. He creates a new eye-pleasing and mouth watering entrées each
weekend.

Chef Carlos Rangel, a Lubbock native, was formally trained at
Johnson & Wales University's College of Culinary Arts in Denver, Colorado. His specialties include Country Italian,
Classic French, Mediterranean and Oriental Cuisines. Chef Rangel honed his
skills in West Coast eateries – satisfying the palettes of such celebrities
as Aerosmith, Clint Black, Metallica, and Shania Twain. Upon his return,
Chef Rangel was a sous-chef at the United Sprit Arena and Jones Stadium.

During the week the Red Carpet offers catering
services - in their restaurant or at your place. The word “catering” is taken to heart by Chef Rangel. Unlike many
other catering services, Chef Rangel does not have a set menu, and catering
prices are based on food cost. It is “catering with a personal touch”, he
explains. Instead of choosing from a limited menu, he will work with you to
understand exactly what you want – your palette, your style and your budget.
